International Financial Law Review (IFLR) named Paul, Weiss and its partners finalists across nine categories in its “Women in Business Law Americas Awards 2025,” which annually recognize the “best of the best” among women lawyers, as well as the law firms that are advancing and supporting women in the practice of law. Eight Paul, Weiss partners were recognized in North America Lawyer of the Year and Rising Star categories, and the firm was named a finalist for “Emerging Technology Firm of the Year: International.”
The individual finalists are litigation partners Kim Branscome (Product Liability Lawyer of the Year), Susanna Buergel (Securities Lawyer of the Year), Jessica Carey (Litigator of the Year), Liz Weiswasser (Patent Lawyer of the Year) and Alison Benedon (Litigation Rising Star); and corporate partners Vicky Forrester (Investment Funds Lawyer of the Year), Laura Turano (M&A Lawyer of the Year) and Caroline Epstein (Banking and Finance Rising Star).
Winners will be announced at a ceremony in New York on June 17.
