Looking at aggregate value of deals as of Q4, the firm ranked fourth as advisor in announced global M&A deals and third in announced M&A deals with any U.S. involvement (LSEG), while it also ranked fourth in global M&A by volume (Dealogic). Regarding private equity transactions by deal value, the firm ranked fourth in global buyouts (Mergermarket) and U.S. private equity deals (Bloomberg), and third in Europe buyouts (Mergermarket).
