Litigation partner Jay Cohen was listed as one of Billboard’s “Top Music Lawyers” in 2024, his fifth consecutive year earning this recognition. Jay was recognized in the “Talent and Litigation” category for his longtime representation of ASCAP in rate court proceedings to obtain fair pay for music creators, among other matters. The annual list honors the lawyers whose legal savvy drives the music business.
